UX Copy - How a Progress Bar Helps

If it takes 10 minutes to complete a journey, won't it be good for users to know that?

After finding out that users likely dropout of the sales journey because they assume it would take much longer than 10 minutes, we've decided to do something about it.

  • Suggesting to let users know how many minutes it takes to complete the purchase.

  • Providing the UX team with copy needed to describe each step of the journey.
